What You'll Likely Work On

• Define and execute the roadmap for enterprise‑level identity, access, audit, and policy systems
• Own the technical vision for AI‑agent governance and ensure safe, accountable AI‑native engineering practices
• Drive reliability and trust for Tier‑1 services used by enterprise customers, including incident response leadership
• Partner with product, design, sales, and customer success to translate enterprise needs into engineering priorities
• Shape staffing, investment, and organizational structure across multiple engineering teams
• Develop managers and senior engineers, establishing clear growth paths and feedback loops
• Implement AI‑powered tooling to boost delivery velocity and quality across the org
• Lead cross‑org technical initiatives that intersect identity, governance, and shared infrastructure
