What You'll Likely Work On

• Act as a co‑pilot for the business unit, influencing operations and senior‑level decisions
• Develop annual and long‑range financial plans with business and technology teams
• Review plans versus actuals, perform deep variance analysis and communicate insights
• Track key financial and business metrics and own the unit’s OKRs
• Oversee month‑end closing, revenue‑cycle policies and optimization initiatives
• Lead scenario analysis, business case development and ad‑hoc financial requests
• Drive automation and standardisation projects to improve finance processes
