What You'll Likely Work On
- Act as the trusted technical contact for Enterprise and Pro users, handling escalations from start to resolution
- Analyze logs, traces, and execution output to reproduce issues and pinpoint root causes
- Submit detailed engineering tickets or directly apply code fixes in Python or TypeScript when appropriate
- Create workarounds, documentation, and recommended practices to prevent recurrence
- Identify recurring patterns across cases and feed insights into product and reliability improvements
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams on agent behavior tuning and reliability enhancements
- Help define and scale support processes, standards, and the knowledge base as the function grows
