Ovii's Interpretation of the Role

Bespoke Labs seeks a Systems Administrator to own and improve the corporate technology stack in Bangalore, partnering with the Head of Security and IT. The role combines identity & access management, device fleet oversight, onboarding/offboarding, and security compliance with hands‑on support for the office.

What You'll Likely Work On

  • Administer IAM platforms, user lifecycles, groups, policies, and SSO integrations.
  • Manage the Apple device fleet with zero‑touch enrollment, encryption, compliance, and patching.
  • Own onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and contractors, including accounts, hardware, and access.
  • Configure and maintain software applications, enabling SSO and automated provisioning.
  • Automate repetitive tasks using scripts, APIs, or built‑in integrations.
  • Identify and retire unused applications, licenses, and access rights.
  • Address security and compliance findings, perform access clean‑up, and collect evidence.
  • Provide hands‑on support for laptops, peripherals, conference rooms, and basic office networking.
