What You'll Likely Work On
- Build and run the core operating cadence for Product Design (weekly status, critiques, design reviews, quarterly planning).
- Create lightweight systems that surface priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks, and ownership across product areas.
- Establish practical engagement models between Design, Product, Engineering, Research, and Data teams.
- Improve launch readiness by surfacing quality risks, clarifying trade‑offs, and defining what is ready to ship.
- Partner with design‑systems leaders to strengthen craft rituals, shared standards, and reusable patterns.
- Provide design leadership visibility into capacity, resourcing pressure, delivery risks, and operational bottlenecks.
- Turn ad‑hoc coordination into repeatable workflows to reduce fire‑drills and low‑level project wrangling.
- Serve as the operational backbone for Research, owning consent management and incentive processing.
Good Fit If You Have
- Excels at turning ambiguity into clear agendas, decision logs, and milestone plans.
- Strong judgment on when to add structure versus simplifying processes.
- Proven ability to build trust with designers while being credible with product and engineering partners.
