The Deployment Strategist partners with customers to design, integrate, and demonstrate ElevenLabs' voice and audio AI technology. You will translate complex technical concepts into actionable solutions, own end‑to‑end project delivery, and feed real‑world insights back to product and research teams.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Meet with strategic customers to uncover critical audio and voice AI challenges.
• Identify high‑impact use cases and work with engineers to prototype and deploy AI models.
• Design bespoke integrations that embed voice/audio AI into customer products and workflows.
• Guide customers on best practices for model implementation and performance optimization.
• Create and deliver compelling demos and proof‑of‑concepts for new and existing accounts.
• Present technical findings and strategic recommendations to both engineering teams and C‑suite executives.
• Collaborate with research and product groups to channel field insights into future AI models.
• Take full ownership of major projects, managing timelines, deliverables, and cross‑functional coordination.
