What You'll Likely Work On

• Conduct deep discovery sessions with strategic enterprise customers to uncover AI transformation goals and workflow pain points.
• Own flagship engagements from use‑case identification through commercial term negotiation, outcome‑based pricing, and contract closure.
• Embed with customer teams on‑site, guiding design, orchestration, and production readiness of ElevenAgents solutions.
• Partner with Forward‑Deployed Engineers to prototype integrations, build demos, and translate use cases into AI‑driven workflows.
• Advise customers on best practices, adoption strategies, and measurable business impact of AI agents.
• Identify and pursue new industry verticals, expanding ElevenAgents’ reach globally.
• Present findings and proposals to technical and C‑suite audiences, and relay field insights to product and research teams.
