Litmus is hiring a Deployment Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end implementation of its industrial AI platform for manufacturing customers. The role owns schedules, risk, scope, and communication using waterfall methodology while coordinating with sales, account teams, and third‑party partners.

What You'll Likely Work On
- Create and maintain implementation schedules, tracking issues and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project scope, process change requests, and ensure alignment with evolving customer requirements.
- Prepare and deliver project status reports and statements of work in partnership with sales and account management.
- Conduct cost analysis, recommend actions to protect profit margins, and oversee financial aspects of deployments.
- Facilitate regular status meetings, capture minutes, and maintain timely communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Lead the transition of completed deployments to the support team during the closedown phase.
- Provide oversight of third‑party partners/sub‑contractors when they are involved in the deployment.
