What You'll Likely Work On

• Define, document, and continuously improve the team's delivery cadence and ceremony schedule.
• Own stage‑gate criteria, enforce acceptance standards, and track exceptions or waivers.
• Build realistic delivery plans using backlog sizing, velocity history, and risk data; re‑forecast regularly.
• Maintain visibility tools (burnup/burndown, roadmaps, RAID logs) for self‑serve status updates.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery status, translating team detail into clear executive reports.
• Identify and manage cross‑team dependencies, blockers, and resource conflicts before they impact critical paths.
• Run retrospectives and process updates, balancing rigor with pragmatism to reduce risk and ambiguity.

Good Fit If You Have
