The Decision Science Analyst partners with client brands to turn loyalty data into actionable insights. You’ll build dashboards, segment audiences, and advise senior stakeholders on strategies that boost ROI and customer lifetime value.

Must-Have Requirements

What You'll Likely Work On
- Deliver data‑driven insights that increase sales and profit for client loyalty programs
- Build and maintain audience lists for targeted CRM campaigns
- Provide actionable recommendations aligned with client strategy and success criteria
- Create visualizations and narratives that make complex analysis consumable for all stakeholders
- Partner with Data Engineering and Business Intelligence to design new tools, models, and data sources
