The Country Manager for Korea will own the full sales cycle, drive multimillion‑dollar deals and lead the regional sales team to exceed revenue targets. This senior sales leader partners with the VP of Sales, builds territory strategy, and works directly with C‑suite customers across the country.

What You'll Likely Work On
- Identify high‑growth opportunities with the VP of Sales and craft a country‑wide territory strategy
- Lead the regional sales team through the full sales cycle—from lead generation to contract closure
- Act as trusted advisor and thought leader for account and deal strategy, especially for complex, high‑value opportunities
- Negotiate and close multimillion‑dollar contracts, building custom deal structures and license consumption models
- Deliver challenger presentations to CXOs, articulating unique UiPath value propositions
- Create repeatable assets and methodologies for large‑deal execution and share them across the organization
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, solution architects and partner organizations to align on deal execution
- Travel extensively (40‑60%) to engage customers and close strategic deals
