What You'll Likely Work On

• Own the monthly/quarterly close, delivering accurate GAAP statements for the US entity
• Re‑engineer accounting processes, standardize workflows, and build infrastructure for IPO readiness
• Design, implement and maintain a robust internal control environment meeting SEC and regulatory standards
• Manage, coach and develop a team of accountants while contributing as an individual contributor when needed
• Identify automation opportunities and introduce AI‑driven tools to shift work from manual preparation to high‑judgment analysis
• Serve as the primary financial liaison to internal stakeholders, external auditors, regulators and investors
