What You'll Likely Work On
- Define and execute legal strategy for the partnership ecosystem, including ISV, SI, reseller, marketplace and OEM arrangements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex partnership and enterprise SaaS contracts.
- Serve as the primary legal advisor to the Partnerships team, balancing risk with rapid go‑to‑market goals.
- Create and maintain scalable partnership templates, approval workflows, and contracting playbooks.
- Provide clear, commercially‑focused counsel to cross‑functional teams worldwide.
- Help scale the Legal team’s commercial function and nurture a solutions‑oriented culture.
- Build global legal infrastructure for partner programs, reseller frameworks, and marketplace terms.
