ElevenLabs seeks a senior in‑house Commercial Counsel to lead partnership‑related legal work, covering SaaS, licensing, and channel agreements across multiple jurisdictions. The role is remote within the United States, with a strong emphasis on pragmatic, business‑focused advice and scalable contract infrastructure.

What You'll Likely Work On

  • Define and execute legal strategy for the partnership ecosystem, including ISV, SI, reseller, marketplace and OEM arrangements.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex partnership and enterprise SaaS contracts.
  • Serve as the primary legal advisor to the Partnerships team, balancing risk with rapid go‑to‑market goals.
  • Create and maintain scalable partnership templates, approval workflows, and contracting playbooks.
  • Provide clear, commercially‑focused counsel to cross‑functional teams worldwide.
  • Help scale the Legal team’s commercial function and nurture a solutions‑oriented culture.
  • Build global legal infrastructure for partner programs, reseller frameworks, and marketplace terms.
