What You'll Likely Work On

• Draft, review and negotiate GTM/sales contracts for enterprise customers across APAC.
• Collaborate with sales, business development and operations to shape high‑growth go‑to‑market strategies.
• Track and interpret regional legal and AI‑related regulatory changes, applying them to contracts and risk assessments.
• Create, maintain and localize contract templates, playbooks and policies to meet regional requirements.
• Deliver clear, pragmatic legal advice that balances compliance with commercial objectives for cross‑functional teams.
• Help scale the Legal team’s commercial function and nurture a solutions‑oriented culture.
