Lead the regional security and investigations function for Meesho's Fulfilment & Experience division, driving fraud detection, loss prevention and compliance across multiple states. What You'll Likely Work On

• Develop and own the security and investigations charter for a multi‑state region
• Design short‑ and long‑term strategies to detect and prevent fraud and loss
• Partner with operations, legal, trust & safety and central control teams to mitigate risk
• Conduct risk assessments of sites and operational models, proposing mitigation measures
• Run regular security analyses and set SOPs across nodes based on central data inputs
• Lead on‑ground security and process audits, ensuring corrective actions are taken
• Build and coach a geographically dispersed security investigations team
