Ovii's Interpretation of the Role

The Client Training and Adoption Specialist partners with restaurant operators to maximize value from SpotOn’s POS suite. You will design, deliver, and continuously improve both in‑person and virtual training experiences, creating clear documentation and interactive resources. Strong communication, hospitality knowledge, and virtual‑training platform expertise are essential.
