What You'll Likely Work On
- Own and monitor a large portfolio of strategic accounts at scale
- Run adoption campaigns and proactive touchpoints to lower churn
- Identify at‑risk accounts and apply standardized mitigation processes
- Spot upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and partner with Rates and Product teams
- Collaborate with internal groups to ensure consistent account‑management practices
- Escalate complex client issues for junior CSPs
- Track, analyze, and report on engagement, adoption, and retention metrics
- Leverage automation and reporting tools to manage high‑volume portfolios
