What You'll Likely Work On

• Build trusted relationships with Client Executives and internal partners.
• Own execution of key client initiatives, defining tasks, aligning owners, and meeting deadlines.
• Lead workstreams for ABRs, renewals, product launches, and other high‑stakes projects.
• Translate client data and feedback into clear, actionable narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Develop and refine playbooks, templates, and checklists to scale repeatable client motions.
