Ovii's Interpretation of the Role

The Client Relationship Manager (Korean) will serve direct Korean clients, supporting onboarding, activation, retention and day‑to‑day servicing under the KAM structure. The role coordinates with internal teams to deliver a consistent, high‑quality client experience while reducing operational load on senior KAMs.

What You'll Likely Work On

  • Handle onboarding, first deposit, and trading activation for Korean clients
  • Follow up on client inquiries, campaign requests, and operational issues
  • Identify activation or re‑activation opportunities and flag high‑value cases to KAMs
  • Collaborate with sales, compliance, product, payments and operations to resolve client requests
  • Track client activity, maintain records, and prepare performance summaries for KAMs
  • Support execution of Korea‑specific campaigns and client‑engagement initiatives
  • Escalate compliance, risk or suspicious activity concerns promptly
