The Client Onboarding Specialist drives end‑to‑end POS implementations for enterprise and mid‑market restaurant clients, acting as the trusted advisor throughout the onboarding journey. Success is measured by installation speed, activation rates and client satisfaction scores.
Role Snapshot
- Own full onboarding lifecycle for multi‑location restaurant clients

What You'll Likely Work On
- Lead onboarding consultations, define success metrics and create implementation roadmaps
- Serve as primary contact for executive stakeholders, ensuring proactive communication
- Configure POS systems for complex multi‑location operations and validate technical components
- Coordinate custom integrations with Engineering, Sales and Implementation teams
- Maintain detailed documentation in CRM and project‑management tools
- Develop and iterate onboarding playbooks using data and client feedback
- Track and exceed KPIs such as time‑to‑install, activation rates and NPS/CSAT
- Identify process gaps, drive continuous improvement and share knowledge internally
