What You'll Likely Work On

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of onboarding specialists and associate managers
  • Set performance goals, allocate workload, and manage recruitment and onboarding for the team
  • Serve as primary liaison for client‑facing teams, aligning project requirements, timelines, and expectations
  • Oversee multiple concurrent POS implementation projects, ensuring on‑time, high‑quality delivery
  • Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency, scalability, and accuracy
  • Maintain and evolve SOPs, SLAs, and quality standards; conduct regular quality reviews
  • Track and act on client feedback, NPS/CSAT scores, and key performance indicators
  • Partner with product, implementation, technical services, and success teams to resolve issues and streamline integrations
