We are looking for a senior technology leader to own and scale the Proofline backend platform, driving reliability, tiered monetization, and enterprise‑grade security on GCP. The role blends hands‑on Python microservice development with team leadership and strategic roadmap delivery.

Role Snapshot

• Lead 4‑engineer backend pod
• Own end‑to‑end platform reliability and deployment
• Drive tiered monetization & billing integration
• Implement enterprise‑grade SSO, tenancy, SOC2 readiness

What You'll Likely Work On

• Own production reliability, deployment cadence, and observability for a Python microservices platform on GCP.
• Define and execute tier strategy, building the monetization layer including metering, billing integration, and entitlements.
• Lead enterprise readiness efforts such as SSO, tenancy hardening, audit logging, and SOC 2 preparation.
• Establish and enforce engineering standards, reviewing all backend work including AI‑generated code.
• Manage and mentor the four‑engineer pod, delivering on the product roadmap and shaping future hiring.
