We are seeking a senior technology leader to own the architecture, roadmap, and delivery of our high‑performance trading systems. The CTO will direct multiple engineering and DevOps teams across India, shape culture, and partner with global leadership and quantitative research.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Define and execute the technical architecture and roadmap for all trading and infrastructure systems
• Provide hands‑on architectural guidance to market‑data, trading, simulation, front‑end, and DevOps teams
• Ensure systems are scalable, maintainable, and meet institutional‑grade reliability standards
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies such as AI/ML and modern data platforms where they add competitive advantage
• Establish engineering best practices including code quality, testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and incident response
• Partner with quantitative research to translate strategies into production‑grade code
• Recruit, grow, and mentor engineering talent across Bengaluru and Kerala, setting a high‑performance culture
• Manage project timelines, priorities, and delivery across multiple workstreams while coordinating with US, London, and Singapore offices
