What You'll Likely Work On

• Build a top‑down financial model that integrates sales, implementations, product, talent, and capital pipelines
• Identify dynamic binding constraints in each pipeline, quantify bottleneck costs, and calculate ROI of unblocking
• Create and maintain dashboards for pipeline metrics, leading indicators, and unit economics
• Partner with function heads to set weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals tied to the financial model
• Run weekly functional reviews and fortnightly business reviews alongside the CEO
• Own strategic initiatives such as customer expansion, pricing, org design, and cost optimization
• Run board meetings end‑to‑end, including materials, narrative, follow‑ups, and investor modeling

Good Fit If You Have

• 2‑4 years experience in investment banking or private equity
• 2‑4 years experience in BizOps or strategic finance at a consumer‑tech or B2B software company
