What You'll Likely Work On
- Drive strategic initiatives across the technology organization in partnership with the CTO and engineering leadership.
- Own end‑to‑end program governance, tracking milestones, managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Finance, and Business teams to align priorities and achieve organizational goals.
- Identify execution bottlenecks early and propose data‑driven solutions to keep programs on track.
- Support annual technology planning, budgeting, transformation initiatives, and promote Agile delivery practices.
- Communicate program status and insights clearly to senior leadership, simplifying complex technical and business concepts.
Good Fit If You Have
- Prior experience in a CTO’s or CEO’s Office.
- Scrum Master certification or proven Agile facilitation experience.
- Exposure to enterprise SaaS or large‑scale digital transformation programs.
