What You'll Likely Work On

• Guarantee that all financial statements meet Polish standards and IFRS where applicable
• Guide and mentor accountants and finance staff, building a motivated team environment
• Oversee preparation and filing of VAT, CIT, and other tax returns on schedule
• Own the full month‑end and year‑end closing cycle, including annual reports
• Act as the primary contact for external auditors and tax inspectors
• Provide budgeting and forecasting support with actionable insights for management
• Design, implement and continuously improve internal control frameworks
• Monitor legislative changes in tax, accounting and labor law and adapt processes accordingly
