What You'll Likely Work On
- Define and execute end‑to‑end funding strategy for Brazil, Mexico, and the U.S.
- Structure, negotiate and close diverse debt facilities such as FIDCs, warehouse lines, and debentures.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of lender relationships across regional banks, development finance institutions, and global credit funds.
- Manage daily cash, liquidity buffers, and multi‑currency FX exposure, including hedging where appropriate.
- Oversee funding draws, paydowns, and reconciliation against borrowing bases.
- Create treasury reporting, dashboards, and variance analysis to support liquidity decisions.
- Lead investor‑relations activities, prepare credit decks, and represent Tilt at industry events.
- Collaborate with Credit, Data Science, Legal, Finance, and regional GMs to align funding with portfolio performance.
Good Fit If You Have
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (required); Spanish is a plus.
- 5+ years in capital markets, structured finance, or investment banking with fintech exposure.
- Deep hands‑on experience with Brazilian securitisation vehicles (FIDCs).
- Willingness to travel and preference for candidates based in São Paulo.
