What You'll Likely Work On

• Provide daily support for NetSuite and Zip, triaging issues, updating configurations, and managing permissions
• Document existing finance system processes, configurations, and integrations to create a baseline for improvement
• Partner with Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Revenue Operations to streamline Zip intake, approval, and payment workflows
• Enhance NetSuite configurations across core finance modules to reduce manual effort and improve data quality
• Design and deliver reporting dashboards that increase visibility into spend, cycle times, and key finance metrics
• Lead end‑to‑end systems projects: discovery, requirements, design, testing, deployment, change management, and post‑launch support
• Strengthen SOX‑aligned controls, close process gaps, and improve audit readiness across finance systems
• Shape integration roadmap for NetSuite, Zip, and adjacent systems such as HRIS, T&E, contract management, and data warehouses
