What You'll Likely Work On

• Maintain and update hardware asset records in ServiceNow for devices, network equipment, and data‑center infrastructure throughout request, procurement, deployment, refresh, and disposal.
• Partner with procurement, vendor management, and finance teams to track leases, contracts, and hardware standards, ensuring compliance and cost optimization.
• Analyze inventory and utilization data, identify gaps, and drive process improvements and automation within ITAM/HAM workflows.
• Lead or support physical inventory audits, reconciliation, and exception handling to ensure data accuracy.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports on asset age, refresh cycles, and recovery metrics.
• Document current‑state and future‑state processes, facilitate workshops, and recommend enhancements aligned with ITIL, CSDM, and HAM best practices.
• Contribute to cross‑functional initiatives spanning ITAM, procurement, finance, and end‑user support.
