The Business & Partnerships Associate will drive revenue‑focused collaborations with consumer brands, fintech and e‑commerce partners. You’ll own partner relationships, negotiate deals and work cross‑functionally to deliver growth for Fam’s payments platform.

What You'll Likely Work On
- Own and nurture relationships with existing partners, ensuring regular engagement and a seamless experience.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner queries, follow‑ups, and day‑to‑day communication.
- Drive conversations to uncover deeper collaboration opportunities and support commercial discussions.
- Create partnership decks, proposals, meeting notes and other communication materials.
- Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Operations and Finance teams to execute partner initiatives.
- Track partnership performance, share insights and identify growth opportunities.
- Identify and launch campaigns or activations to strengthen existing partnerships.
- Represent Fam professionally in partner meetings, networking events and industry interactions.
