Ovii's Interpretation of the Role

As Director of Business Development at UiPath, you will own the strategy and day‑to‑day execution of net‑new pipeline generation across the Americas, leading and scaling a high‑performing BDR organization.

What You'll Likely Work On

  • Define and execute the BDR lead‑handling strategy, including batch vs. continuous processing.
  • Partner with Marketing Ops to optimize lead assignment, monitor KPI health, and ensure pipeline creation.
  • Oversee BDR onboarding, training validation, and ongoing enablement initiatives.
  • Align BDR outreach with demand‑generation events and campaigns to maximize conversion.
  • Build internal relationships with Deal Hub, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and senior sales leadership.
  • Advocate for resources and operational support within GTM leadership and senior management.
  • Expand coverage across AMER, nurture regional partner relationships, and leverage GSIs for executive introductions.
  • Maintain rigorous sales methodology (MEDDPICC/CoM) and keep Salesforce data accurate and automated.
