What You'll Likely Work On
- Gather and formalize client business and system integration requirements
- Create enterprise‑level requirement, flow‑chart, and functional specification documents
- Conduct gap analysis between existing systems and APIs, and produce test results
- Obtain stakeholder sign‑off and manage change‑request cycles
- Collaborate with project managers, product managers, configuration engineers, developers, and QA for feature releases
- Participate in sprint planning and related agile rituals
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both internal teams and external clients
