The Business Analyst, Integration & Products will own end‑to‑end analysis of payment integrations, turning complex acquirer and gateway requirements into clear functional designs and documentation. Working in a hybrid Pune setting, you’ll partner with product, engineering and commercial teams to deliver scalable onboarding and processing capabilities for merchants.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Lead analysis, functional design, and documentation of scalable payment integration solutions across acquirers, gateways, APIs and SDKs.
• Produce and maintain product specifications, integration requirements, API docs, and sequence/process flow diagrams.
• Collaborate with customers, partners, product, engineering and commercial teams to clarify requirements, resolve ambiguity and evolve onboarding capabilities.
• Partner with engineering to drive agile sprint execution, refine backlogs, write user stories, define acceptance criteria and support UAT.
• Use SQL and data‑model knowledge to validate integrations and perform root‑cause analysis of production issues.
• Translate complex technical and business concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Continuously improve analysis methodologies, documentation standards, tooling and delivery practices.
• Become the subject‑matter expert on APEXX payment flows and integration architecture, leveraging AI tooling where appropriate.
