What You'll Likely Work On

• Serve as the primary bridge between client business units and software delivery teams
• Analyze existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and document workflows
• Gather, clarify, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions
• Create and maintain project artefacts such as business requirements, process flows, and user manuals
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery
