Ovii's Interpretation of the Role

The Briefings Associate partners with sales, engineering and operations to plan, host and continuously improve client briefing experiences at AHEAD’s Foundry sites. The role blends event logistics, hospitality, and stakeholder coordination to deliver polished, high‑touch client interactions.

What You'll Likely Work On

  • Schedule and execute Foundry briefings, handling invitations, room bookings, catering, signage and travel logistics
  • Serve as on‑site host, greeting guests, providing orientation and ensuring a polished experience throughout the visit
  • Coordinate AV, demos and presentation materials, escalating technical issues to the appropriate teams
  • Partner with Foundry Operations, Warehousing, Engineering, Sales and Marketing to align briefings with active programs and strategic accounts
  • Use BriefingSource and Salesforce to track requests, maintain agendas, manage visitor lists and report on briefing ROI
  • Own day‑to‑day briefing operations tasks such as badge creation, swag inventory, meal orders and signage
  • Capture client feedback, refine briefing templates and tour flows, and support internal communications about the Briefing program
  • Assist with occasional field or national events that feature Foundry tours or workshops
