The Billing Operations Manager owns the full billing lifecycle for enterprise accounts, turning closed‑won deals into accurate Stripe subscriptions and ensuring revenue integrity. The role works cross‑functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Finance and Engineering while operating remotely from the United States.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Convert closed‑won Salesforce opportunities into correctly configured Stripe subscriptions, including pricing, intervals, trials and discounts.
• Reconcile order forms with provisioning, collaborating with Sales and Legal to close gaps.
• Identify automation opportunities with Engineering and build guardrails to speed up and error‑proof provisioning.
• Process mid‑cycle subscription changes, manage renewals, upgrades, downgrades and seat adjustments.
• Offboard churned accounts: close subscriptions, issue final invoices or credits, and eliminate residual billing.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies raised by customers or the Customer Success team.
• Run periodic audits of active subscriptions to ensure billing matches contractual terms and eliminate ghost or duplicate records.
• Support month‑end and quarter‑end close by reconciling billing data with Finance records and surfacing pricing anomalies.
