ElevenLabs seeks a results‑driven Field Marketer to own and grow the B2B footprint across EMEA. You will shape regional event roadmaps, manage budgets, and execute high‑impact physical campaigns while analyzing performance and collaborating with growth teams.

What You'll Likely Work On

  • Define regional event roadmaps and allocate campaign budgets with growth leads
  • Manage full lifecycle of physical campaigns, including events, dinners, roundtables and pop‑ups
  • Travel to represent ElevenLabs on‑site, handling logistics, installations and local activations
  • Own convention and fair participation: negotiate contracts, design booths, manage vendors and invoicing
  • Architect event ecosystems with OOH ads, speaking slots and exclusive networking experiences
  • Collaborate with growth team to measure pipeline, cost per attendee and SQL generation
  • Report performance, iterate tactics and optimize spend for maximum impact
