The AV Product Line Manager will own strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Netgear's AV‑over‑IP portfolio, guiding hardware, software, and services from concept through launch. This individual‑contributor role partners across engineering, design, marketing and operations to bring connectivity solutions to live‑event, broadcast, and corporate AV markets.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Lead the AV Managed Switch & Pro AV portfolio from ideation through launch and iteration
• Create and maintain a long‑term product vision, roadmap, pricing and forecast strategy
• Develop high‑quality PRDs, user stories, and functional specifications while balancing technical constraints
• Drive go‑to‑market readiness by aligning marketing, manufacturing, sales, partner manufacturers and support
• Represent engineering, channel partners and global customers to ensure product‑market fit
• Collaborate with engineering on AV protocol architecture, feature design and integration
• Communicate roadmap progress, product value and results to executives and global functional leaders
