Ontic seeks an Automation Specialist to design, configure, and maintain dynamic actions, workflows, and rules on its SaaS platform. You will translate client business needs into scalable platform solutions while partnering with product, customer success, and managed‑services teams.

What You'll Likely Work On
- Configure and maintain dynamic actions, workflows, automations, and rules for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with product, customer success, and managed services to translate operational requirements into scalable platform solutions
- Support implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting of client‑specific configurations
- Perform data audits, review, and cleanup to ensure platform integrity and workflow performance
- Develop and maintain documentation, configuration standards, and best‑practice guides
- Create enablement and training materials and train users on platform capabilities
- Provide feedback and enhancement recommendations to product teams based on client use cases
- Drive client adoption and retention through proactive engagement and OKR tracking
Good Fit If You Have
- Familiarity with Jira and Excel
- Experience with knowledge‑management or documentation tools
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2–4 years of SaaS platform configuration experience
