What You'll Likely Work On

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts including NDAs, MSAs, employment agreements, vendor contracts, and leases
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw and LexisNexis and provide clear advice to business stakeholders
• Prepare and manage board resolutions, shareholder agreements, and entity formation documents
• Monitor compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, FTC, and employment laws and keep policies audit‑ready
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses; coordinate with external counsel and track litigation deadlines
• Prepare regulatory filings with federal, state, and agency bodies and maintain organized legal records
• Collaborate directly with executives to align legal strategy with business decisions while working remotely during U.S. business hours
