What You'll Likely Work On

• Guide and develop a team of analysts through goal setting, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of Fixed Income documents throughout the security lifecycle.
• Track, report, and act on daily, monthly, and quarterly operational KPIs and quality metrics.
• Maintain and evolve SOPs, workflows, and documentation for the sourcing process.
• Partner with technology, reference data, and operations teams to remove bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.
• Onboard new vendors, data feeds, and sources while managing stakeholder queries and expectations.
• Lead shift planning, staffing, and real‑time floor support to meet workload demands.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma techniques to streamline processes and enhance quality.
