Join Interpath's London restructuring team as an Associate or Senior Associate, supporting insolvency and turnaround engagements for mid‑market to high‑profile clients. You will conduct financial analysis, build cash‑flow models, and interact with lenders, investors and legal advisers while developing expertise in corporate restructuring.

What You'll Likely Work On
- Support delivery of restructuring, turnaround and insolvency engagements alongside senior team members
- Assist with formal insolvency appointments, advisory projects and restructuring plans for corporates, lenders and investors
- Prepare financial analyses, cash‑flow forecasts, reports and presentations to inform client decisions
- Research businesses, industries and restructuring options to shape case strategies
- Manage day‑to‑day case administration, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, legal advisers and other stakeholders throughout engagements
- Draft correspondence, reports and other case documentation in collaboration with senior staff
- Stay current on restructuring legislation, market developments and participate in training opportunities
