Ovii's Interpretation of the Role

Keywords Studios seeks an Associate Producer to help drive game‑development projects to on‑time, on‑budget delivery. You’ll partner with senior producers, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage schedules and risks, and keep stakeholders aligned throughout production.

What You'll Likely Work On

  • Support the Producer in planning, coordinating and delivering assigned game projects
  • Organise and monitor activities across multiple development disciplines
  • Prepare and maintain schedules, task trackers, meeting notes and status reports
  • Track progress against milestones, follow up on outstanding tasks and resolve blockers
  • Facilitate regular team meetings and ensure clear documentation of actions
  • Maintain effective communication between development teams, leadership, clients and stakeholders
