Ovii's Interpretation of the Role

The Associate Director will lead financial due diligence engagements for banks, lenders, fintechs and other financial services clients, while building senior client relationships and mentoring junior staff. This senior advisory role blends transaction execution, client partnership, and practice development within a fast‑paced deal advisory environment.
