What You'll Likely Work On

  • Serve as the primary commercial and executive contact for assigned key clients, building trusted senior‑level relationships.
  • Develop and own the account plan—including relationship map, growth roadmap, risk register, and renewal/expansion strategy.
  • Lead contract negotiations, master agreements, SOWs and amendments while partnering with Legal to balance commercial intent and risk.
  • Own pricing, SLA, scope and renewal mechanics; drive contracts to signature and ensure work is invoiced and revenue‑recognized on time.
  • Manage commercial health of the account—pricing strategy, margin, ARR growth—and identify expansion or net‑new opportunities.
  • Partner with Engagement Leaders to align commercial commitments with delivery realities and run governance forums (QBRs, executive reviews).
  • Act as the escalation point for commercial, contractual or delivery‑impacting issues and surface risks with mitigation recommendations.
