The Assistant Manager, Restructuring will support senior consultants on complex insolvency and restructuring engagements, managing workstreams and client relationships across multiple sectors. The role blends financial analysis, project delivery, and junior staff development within a fast‑moving advisory environment.

What You'll Likely Work On

  • Collaborate in 3‑6 person engagement teams to deliver restructuring advice
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives, lawyers, and lenders
  • Lead engagements and projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, quality, and budget
  • Act as primary client contact on selected assignments and report to senior leaders
  • Perform detailed financial and strategic analysis to formulate robust recommendations
