What You'll Likely Work On
- Plan and run tradeshows, customer events and industry conferences, handling booth setup, logistics and on‑site support
- Co‑lead the annual Convergence conference, managing hotel blocks, Cvent registration, attendee communications and run‑of‑show
- Create and maintain event documentation, timelines, budgets and post‑event closure within five business days
- Design and facilitate in‑house events such as customer roundtables, offsites and company sessions, both in‑person and virtual
- Develop reusable run‑of‑show templates to scale future events
- Own the monthly webinar calendar, coordinating speakers, platform setup and live execution
- Manage all event assets, ensuring they are finalized at least one week before launch and followed up promptly
- Run the gifting program with external partners, coordinating requests, timelines and deliveries
- Maintain 2‑4 publisher and media relationships, handling timelines, negotiations and material delivery with zero missed deadlines
- Execute co‑marketing initiatives, support PR assets, pitches and award submissions
- Maintain trackers, SOPs and budget logs across all programs and drive at least one process improvement
