The Assistant Manager, Debt Advisory will support the execution of debt and capital‑raising transactions for financial‑services clients. Responsibilities include structuring financing solutions, building financial models, preparing client deliverables and coordinating due‑diligence activities. The role also involves market research, business‑development support and mentoring junior team members.
