As an Assistant Finance Manager at Keywords Studios, you will lead accounting operations, ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance, and deliver financial reporting and analysis for a global gaming services business.

What You'll Likely Work On

  • Oversee accounting activities and enforce GAAP/IFRS policies
  • Execute full‑cycle financial transactions, reconciliations, journal entries and month‑end close
  • Produce MIS, monthly financial statements and cash‑flow forecasts for senior leadership
  • Coordinate annual accounts and liaise with statutory, internal and external auditors
  • Manage transfer pricing, intercompany, forex and consolidation processes
  • Support the Finance Controller in shaping budgeting and financial policies
  • Implement internal controls, process standardization and automation initiatives
  • Lead and develop a team of 4‑5 finance professionals
  • Prepare and present financial analyses to leadership
  • Utilize Oracle/NetSuite ERP and advanced Excel for reporting
