We are seeking a hands‑on AI technical lead who will design, build and ship LLM‑based agents, tools and copilots, and drive end‑to‑end AI pilots for our financial‑services clients. The role blends deep engineering expertise with stakeholder collaboration and mentorship of junior engineers.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Design and implement LLM agents, tools, copilots and their integrations, including planning, tool‑calling, guardrails and evaluation
• Lead priority AI use cases from scoping and prototyping through piloting, hardening and production rollout
• Serve as technical SME for business teams, translating problems into AI solutions and de‑risking delivery
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, data pipelines and MLOps frameworks while ensuring reliability, security and cost‑efficiency
• Define technical standards, create reusable accelerators and mentor junior engineers
• Partner with the PMO Lead and AI Support to track delivery progress and provide stakeholder updates
